Pathfinder Announces Changes to Board of Directors
VANCOUVER, BC / October 8, 2024 / Pathfinder Ventures Inc. (TSXV:RV) (“Pathfinder Ventures” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Keith Watts to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Additionally, the Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Mark Accardi from the Board.
Mr. Watts is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Kelowna with over 26 years of real estate expertise in the Okanagan region. Specializing in both commercial and residential property development, his portfolio includes several notable projects including 109-lot and 230-lot single-family developments, with combined sales of over $90 million, and other projects in the land banking and rezoning stage.
“Mr. Watts brings extensive experience in real estate and development, with a proven ability to navigate zoning regulations, and drive investment growth. Keith has obtained several awards at RE/MAX including Platinum Club Awards, Chairman’s Club Awards, RE/MAX Hall of Fame as well as several top 100 Individual RE/MAX Agent acknowledgements for Western Canada.
