Pathfinder Signs an offer to Lease 15 Acres Waterfront Property on Osoyoos Lake:

Pathfinder is pleased to announce the proposed expansion of its portfolio with the addition of the Osoyoos Lake RV Resort. The project will involve the construction of approximately 120 RV sites.  Operating under a seasonal stay model, the resort will offer guests the chance to enjoy a “cottage experience” in their luxury RV at a newly constructed modern resort.

Pathfinder is planning to offer pre-sales of new RVs and a seasonally leased site to customers in the summer of 2024, with plans for the resort to be fully operational for the 2025 season. This new business model will reflect Pathfinder’s success in the land-lease growth approach, which also shows promising and robust economics for the company.
